Support for Every Stage of Your Journey
At Thrive Telepsychiatry, we make expert mental health care more accessible to adolescents and adults—wherever they are. Our clinicians combine compassion, evidence-based treatment, and innovation to deliver personalized psychiatric care from the comfort of your home.
We currently serve patients across Maryland, with plans to continue expanding as we onboard new licensed providers and insurance partnerships.

Judgment-free support from specialists who GET it
Our Timeline
2008
Alicia worked at University of Maryland Medical Center in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as a registered nurse for one year prior to beginning her work in psychiatry.
2009
Franklin Square Medical Center’s in-patient child and adolescent psychiatric unit. In this role, Alicia specialized in caring for adolescents with various mental health disorders.
2015
Alicia saw the need for patients to find mental health services without having to travel long distances or use their own limited resources. By starting a telepsychiatry practice, patients can have easier access to mental health services without feeling the burden of time constraints and financial losses that come with making appointments.
2025
Thrive continues to grow, welcoming new providers and expanding coverage across Maryland, while partnering with more insurance carriers to increase accessibility for individuals seeking mental health support.

“When I started Thrive, I wanted to build a service that removes barriers to care because getting help shouldn’t depend on where you live or how busy your life is. Every patient deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.”
